OUR TEAM

Victor Volhontseff

President, Stockholder and Estimator

Victor has more than 50 years of industry experience, starting in his grandfather’s painting business at age 13, then becoming a journeyman painter and progressing to superintendent, estimator, and eventual business owner. He holds the C-33 license for the company.

Francisco De Paz

Vice President, Stockholder, and Director of Field Operations

Francisco joined Monticelli in 1996 as a journeyman painter, and quickly became a foreman and then superintendent, managing the company’s largest, most complicated projects. He now oversees more than 200 service clients, including a large segment of corporate accounts and oversees all field operations.

Genelle Volhontseff

Chief Operating Officer and Project Executive

Genelle joined Monticelli in 2016 after 25 years at Wilson Meany, landmark developers of San Francisco’s Ferry Building and Exploratorium, where she served as Asset Manager, then Development Manager. She leads Monticelli’s financial and business operations, including project management and contract negotiations.
